Role Overview
As a Call Center Representative, you’ll be the voice of Ice Speak Social — answering inbound calls, helping customers with questions or concerns, and ensuring every interaction is friendly, efficient, and solution-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about our services.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Document and track customer interactions in the system.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and call quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus.
- Comfortable with computers and multi-line phone systems.
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule
• Monday–Friday (with possible weekend shifts based on business needs)
