Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching certification and state credentials

- Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learner needs

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based instruction and interventions to elementary students with special needs
- Develop, implement, and track IEP goals and progress in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with school and district requirements
- Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and support personnel to ensure holistic student support
- Engage in professional development and staff meetings as required
- Contribute to the inclusive culture by supporting students’ independence and community participation
