The Recruiter plays a vital role in sourcing and placing mid-level candidates within the light industrial, clerical, and warehouse logistics sectors. As part of a small recruiting team, this position focuses on efficiently managing the hiring process from candidate sourcing to client coordination, supporting organizational staffing needs with daily communication and weekly updates. The role requires proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards, CRM software, and strong teamwork within a Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates for mid-level positions in light industrial, clerical, and warehouse logistics roles
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Screen applicants to assess qualifications and cultural fit
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and databases
  • Manage and maintain client relationships with ongoing communication and updates
  • Maintain organized candidate and client data within recruitment databases and CRM tools
  • Build and nurture relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Utilize ATS, job boards, and calendar tools effectively to streamline recruitment processes

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Skilled in interviewing techniques and candidate sourcing
