Comfort Zone is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations and support our service and installation teams. This role is critical to ensuring materials, equipment, and inventory are accurate, organized, and ready to support daily job execution.
This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in an organized environment, understands the urgency of field operations, and takes ownership of warehouse performance.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations
- Receive, organize, and maintain accurate inventory
- Order installation equipment and ensure materials are staged and ready for install crews each morning
- Order parts and materials for scheduled service and installation jobs
- Coordinate with install, service, and operations teams to ensure job readiness
- Maintain accurate material tracking, documentation, and inventory controls
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized at all times
- Enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
