Responsibilities

Develop personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.

Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and progress.

Stay updated with latest physical therapy techniques and practices.

Set and achieve personal and team targets for patient recovery rates.

Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies.

Monitor and report on patient outcomes to measure treatment effectiveness.

Utilize pipelines to forecast patient recovery and treatment success.

Adapt treatment plans based on patient feedback and progress.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for tracking progress.

Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and strategies.

Ensure high visibility of work activity and results within the team.
Experience/Qualifications

Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.

Proficiency in developing and adapting treatment plans.

Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.

Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical or hospital setting.

Ability to track and report patient progress effectively.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed recovery rate targets.

Experience working in a results-driven environment.

Familiarity with the latest physical therapy techniques.
