Summary:

Candidates should have 5-10+ years of experience in programming control systems for automated equipment using pneumatics, hydraulics, and other means of movement. An associated degree in the field of employment is desired. You will also be required to take projects from concept to install.

Responsibilities:

*Program equipment to Erdman and customer build specifications

*Safety circuit design and programming via safety PLC

*Risk assessment implementing associated safety devices

*UL 508 certified design

*Specify components, document control systems for various types of automated equipment.

*Electrical/Pneumatic design, machine PLC programming, machine debug and certification for customer run-off.

*Travel to customer sites for installation and startup of equipment (25% of time)

Tools to be Utilized:

*PLC, HMI, Robot, AutoCAD, Motion Control, Pneumatics, and Hydraulics.

*AutoCad

*Studio 5000

*RS 500

*FactoryTalk View

*Other related Allen Bradley Software

You should be proficient in:

• Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering
• PLC Programming Experience

• Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
• CAD Software
• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Allen Bradley, Fanuc)
• Servo Motors
• Industrial Robot
