Join Our Team as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist!\n\nJob Description:\n\n- Shift: 0830-1700, Tuesdays to Saturdays\n- Start Date: ASAP\n\nWhy You'll Love This Job:\n\n- Analyze specimens with precision according to established procedures and policies.\n- Ensure the appropriateness of samples and accurately apply test procedures.\n- Confirm unusual results and report all findings to enable clinicians to make informed patient assessments.\n- Work in an environment that prioritizes your safety and professional growth.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent.\n- Certification/License: CLS (NCA), MT (ASCP), or equivalent certification required.\n- Must meet CLIA ’88 requirements for performing high complexity testing.\n\nSkills Required:\n\n- Proficient in reading and writing English.\n- Effective communication skills.\n- Strong operational skills with laboratory equipment.\n\nExperience Preferred:\n\n- At least one year of general laboratory experience.\n\nNature of Supervision:\n\n- Responsible to the Laboratory Director.\n\nWork Environment:\n\n- Routine exposure risk to bloodborne pathogens.\n- Expected to wear necessary protective gear (gloves, lab coat, facemask, goggles).\n- Exposure to various materials including carcinogenic, hazardous, and biohazardous substances.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\n- Ability to stand, sit, and ambulate for the entire shift.\n- Capability to move laboratory supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.\n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
