Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mayfield, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will provide advanced administrative support to individuals, teams, or departments, ensuring efficient operations and the successful completion of daily tasks. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings, reserving locations, and coordinating necessary materials and logistics.
• Arrange travel plans, assist with travel tools and reimbursements, and handle corporate credit card issues.
• Process business-related reimbursements and department orders through designated systems.
• Organize and oversee department events and activities, including budget monitoring and invoice processing.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance needs, and supply management for office spaces.
• Create, maintain, and distribute reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
• Assist other administrative team members, providing guidance and monitoring workloads to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee department equipment usage, tracking schedules, and ensuring proper maintenance.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires and contractors, including ordering IDs, computers, and accessories.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage databases, department websites, and special projects.• Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with tools such as spreadsheets, database systems, and presentation software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with scheduling, travel arrangements, and budget management.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience in coordinating events, managing supplies, and maintaining office spaces.
• Knowledge of onboarding processes and technical support coordination is a plus.
