Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Safely transport students to and from school and school-related activities.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Operate your vehicle in accordance with CHP, DMV, DOT, and company safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional bus.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, school staff, dispatchers, and fellow team members.
- Represent Bauer's with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity.
- Help create a safe, positive experience for every student on every trip.

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Valid California Commercial Driver License (CDL)
- Valid California School Bus Certificate
- Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
- Current School Bus Driver Training Records
- Safe driving record with no major accidents, DUI convictions, reckless driving convictions, or significant moving violations within the past three years
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
- Bay Area driving experience is preferred
