Office Manager requirements:

  • Great communication skills.

  • Well organized.

  • Is proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and QuickBooks.

  • Has excellent problem solving skills.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Is able to follow and develop procedures and systems for office personnel including filing, billing, accounts receivable, and payroll.

  • Work with other office staff to ensure all processes are being followed and all work is being performed in a timely manner.
