Job DescriptionBilingual Shipper Pay Rate: $16.50/hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Concord, NC Position Overview:We are currently hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse data entry, with a proven record of longevity at previous jobs. This full-time position is key to ensuring accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing goods. Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Prepare packages and documentation for outbound shipments</li>
<li>Label, tag, and store received goods in proper locations</li>
<li>Keep warehouse area clean and organized</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and suppliers</li>
<li>Assist with routine cycle counts and inventory audits</li>
</ul>
 Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 4 years of experience in shipping</li>
<li>Demonstrated long-term employment history (stability and reliability highly valued)</li>
<li>Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory/data entry systems</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse duties</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) required</li>
