Then we want YOU!APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Rochester Hills, MI looking to add an Order Entry Clerk to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to accurately process customer orders and maintain up-to-date records in the database. Sounds pretty great right?What’s in it for you:

- Competitive hourly rate ranging between $17-$19/hr. depending on experience

What your day will look like:
- Enter customer orders into the system with precision, ensuring all details are complete and accurate.
- Use the rapid entry system to efficiently process line items and save time when possible.
- Print pick slips once orders are processed and ready for release.
- Check for accuracy and ensure product availability.
- Prepare and release orders for fulfillment, including printing necessary documents like pick slips and invoices.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide updates, and address concerns about orders.
- Process returns and exchanges as needed.
- Work with inventory, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing.
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Skilled in data entry with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP and order entry systems preferred.
- Knowledge of office administration and clerical tasks.
- Reliable work history with a strong attendance record.
