Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator with experience in insurance defense billing to join a respected law firm in North Dallas. This is a direct-hire, fully onsite position reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, and supporting attorneys and staff with accurate and timely billing operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal billing, experience with Elite billing software and E-Billing Hub, and the ability to manage high-volume billing while balancing shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer to support billing functions across the firm

  • Print and distribute proformas to attorneys for review and edits

  • Process finalized client invoices using Elite billing software

  • Submit invoices through the E-Billing Hub or designated client e-billing platforms

  • Collect and organize required cost backup documentation for electronic submission

  • Monitor and follow up on rejected e-bills, including processing appeals through the E-Billing Hub

  • Provide billing information and reports upon request

  • Organize and maintain billing-related correspondence and records

  • Communicate professionally with clients and maintain regular contact as needed

  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to resolve billing issues in a timely and courteous manner

  • Assist with special projects as assigned



Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
