As a member of our Regional Float Pool, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers thorough nursing care to adult and elderly patients across various hospital locations in the St. Louis area. This full-time position on the night shift demands adaptability, clinical proficiency, and relevant certifications in specialties such as Medical-Surgical, Intensive Care Unit, and Emergency Department. Status: Full-Time

Shift: Nights

Incentives:

• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
  • No Contract Required
• Base Pay (Based on Experience)
  • PLUS Regional Float Pool Perks AND Shift Differentials: $2.75 for Evenings, $3.75 for Nights, $1.50 for Weekends

Orthopedics, Medical/Surgical, Medical Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown, Medical Stepdown, Surgical Stepdown, Cardiac Telemetry, Cardiac Vascular Intensive Care, Oncology, Neurology, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, ICU, and more!

Qualifications:

• Required Education:
  • Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Licensure:
  • Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements
• Experience:
  • One year of recent bedside LPN experience for Medical-Surgical units.
  • For other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent bedside LPN experience is required.
    • Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Epic
• Certifications (Required to Start):
  • For Medical-Surgical (MS) - BLS
  • For Critical Care (CC) - BLS, ACLS
  • For Emergency Department (ED) - BLS, ACLS, & PALS
  • IV certification is mandatory
• Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand/walk for most of the shift; significant bending, stooping, and lifting/turning patients with assistance; ability to push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds
