We specialize in flood damage restoration, mold removal, carpet/tile/upholstery cleaning, and oriental rug care.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, reliable individual to join our team as a Cleaning & Restoration Technician. This is a full-time, hourly position with opportunities for overtime and additional pay. The ideal candidate is eager to learn multiple skills, enjoys hands-on work, and wants to grow with a company that values professionalism and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Assist in water extraction, structural drying, and mold remediation
Perform carpet, tile, upholstery, and rug cleaning services
Support restoration projects, including demo and rebuild work (drywall, trim, flooring, etc.)
Operate and maintain cleaning and restoration equipment
Deliver excellent customer service on residential and commercial job sites
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Experience in cleaning, construction, or restoration is a plus, but not required
