We are seeking a full-time Case Manager to join our Occupational Health team in Hatfield, PA. In this role, you'll work under the direct supervision of the Medical Director and in coordination with leadership to manage all aspects of workers' compensation cases, ensuring team members receive the right care while supporting compliance with OSHA, safety, and insurance requirements.
What You'll Do
As a Case Manager, you'll be the central point of coordination for workers' compensation injuries and illnesses. Key responsibilities include:

Case Management & Claims

Enter and track injuries, illnesses, and claims in OHM and CINCH systems

Coordinate with safety officers on OSHA-related questions

Notify adjustors about prescriptions, outside medical care, and red flag cases

Scheduling & Care Coordination

Arrange outside appointments (specialists, imaging, urgent care, ER) and transportation as needed

Provide necessary documentation to outside providers (medical history, test results, claim details)

Ensure supervisors, HR Business Partners, and ATCs are updated on work restrictions, lost time, and return-to-work status

Ongoing Case Oversight

Maintain regular communication with physicians, PAs, therapists, and providers

Monitor follow-ups, no-shows, and physical therapy progress

Upload and manage medical records and reports in OHM

Support team members through the process, including lost time and surgical recovery

Reporting & Compliance

Prepare OSHA recordables and modified duty reports

Respond to subpoenas and provide legal/adjustors with required documentation

Communicate updates on restrictions, treatment, and case outcomes with leadership and insurers

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in case management, occupational health, or workers' compensation strongly preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage sensitive medical information with confidentiality

Proficiency with medical/claims tracking software (experience with OHM, CINCH, or similar a plus)

A collaborative, detail-oriented professional who can balance team member advocacy with compliance needs
