We are partnered with a National Surveying, Engineering, and Assessment Firm who are looking for a Licensed Civil Engineer to join their growing team. This role involves leading site development projects from concept through construction, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery while mentoring a civil design team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle site development projects (grading, drainage, utilities, roadways, retention systems)
- Lead design teams, review plans, and oversee QA/QC and compliance
- Perform drainage/hydraulic calculations and develop technical reports
- Coordinate with clients, agencies, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and team performance
Requirements:
- Licensed PE with strong experience in site design, grading, and utilities
- Proficiency in Civil 3D/CAD (5+ years preferred)
- Solid knowledge of hydrology/hydraulics (HEC-RAS a plus)
- Proven project management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and ability to manage multiple projects
