About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and creative Social Media Manager / Personal Assistant to support a fast-paced personal brand/business. This hybrid role combines digital marketing skills with high-level personal and administrative support, making it ideal for someone who is both tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
You’ll help manage daily content, streamline communication, and keep the personal and professional life of the client running smoothly. Discretion, initiative, and flexibility are a must.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management (60%)
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, etc.)
• Monitor social media accounts and respond to DMs/comments
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Stay on top of trends and suggest innovative content ideas
• Coordinate collaborations, influencer marketing, and brand deals
Personal Assistant Duties (40%)
• Manage calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Assist with emails, calls, and light scheduling
• Run errands or handle online orders and organization (as needed)
• Help coordinate events, shoots, or meetings
• Provide general administrative support

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in social media management (portfolio or accounts managed preferred)
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
• Comfortable with tools like Canva, CapCut, Later, Meta Business Suite, or similar
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Flexible schedule and reliable availability
• Self-starter who can work independently and multitask
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Photography/videography or editing skills
• Experience with branding, content strategy, or influencer relations
• Prior assistant or management experience
