Job Description\n
American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for night shifts, requiring ARRT (CT), BLS, and at least 2 years of CT experience.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Work in an acute care hospital setting within the CT department
- 12-hour night shifts, Friday to Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Department has 2 CT scanners: GE and Toshiba
- Average caseload is approximately 30 scans per 12-hour shift
- Imaging procedures include CTA, body, and neuro studies
- Must be able to float between GE and Toshiba scanners as needed
- Uses Epic and McKesson EMR/PACS for documentation and image management
- Primarily adult emergency department and inpatient imaging cases
- Must provide own radiation badge
- Solid color scrubs are required and are provided
- Holiday coverage is expected per department needs
- 30-minute call response time required
- Department specific orientation provided
- Must be able to provide two recent work references, including one supervisor from the past 12 months and a peer or supervisor from the past 3 years
- Candidates must not have been employed by any CommonSpirit facility in the past year except PRN via outside firms
- Returning travelers must meet eligibility requirements
- Flu and COVID vaccination may be required per policy

- Active ARRT (CT) certification required
- Active BLS certification required
- Current Washington State Radiologic Technologist license required if applicable
- At least 2 years of CT technologist experience required
- Proficiency with both GE and Toshiba CT scanners required
- Familiarity with Epic and McKesson charting systems preferred
- Ability to start and troubleshoot IVs for contrast administration
- Knowledge of ER imaging protocols preferred
