Position Overview:Night Shift Sign-On Bonus:
- Graduate Nurse: $10,000
- Experienced Nurse: $13,000
Float Pool RN
- Hours: 36 hours per week, Night shifts
- Location: Mercy Hospital Jefferson, Festus, MO 63028

Potential Units for Floating (based on experience):
- Emergency Department (ED)
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Transitional Care Unit (TCU)
- Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- All Medical-Surgical Units
- Acute Rehabilitation
- Behavioral Health
Qualifications:
Education: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
Licensure: It is the candidate's responsibility to secure and maintain a valid RN license in the state of employment, including any compact licensure, and to fulfill all state board of nursing requirements.
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or successful completion of the course within 30 days of hire.
