What We’re Looking For
We’re on the hunt for a Customer Service Rockstar – someone who can be the warm, reliable, professional voice of our company. This person is the first impression for our customers and the operational bridge between field and office. We’re not looking for someone to answer phones and take messages. We need someone who takes ownership, brings energy, and knows how to handle people and problems with grace.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and web inquiries
• Schedule jobs and dispatch technicians using software (ServiceTitan or similar)
• Maintain accurate and detailed notes in customer records
• Provide real-time support to techs in the field and act as a communications hub
• Address customer issues, questions, and complaints with empathy and urgency
• Support office operations with administrative and follow-up tasks as needed
Required Skills & Attributes
• Outgoing, friendly, and relatable personality
• Quick thinker with strong emotional intelligence and judgment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Technically confident; able to navigate modern platforms like:
• ServiceTitan (preferred)
• Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
• Phone and scheduling systems
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task efficiently
• Team-oriented mindset with a high sense of responsibility
Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing administrative or service role
• Background in home services or trades industry is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus but not required
