We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for users, offering support via chat, phone, and ticketing system to provide timely solutions and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, phone, or support tickets
- Handle KYC (Know Your Customer) and identity verification inquiries
- Troubleshoot account access, transaction errors, and app issues
- Escalate complex issues to internal departments when needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Monitor and follow up on open issues until resolution
- Stay updated on new features, policies, and updates
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support (tech/fintech preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital platforms
- Flexible availability (evenings/weekends may be required)
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Preferred:
- Experience in fintech, banking, or digital wallets
- Bilingual (Spanish or other)
- Familiarity with KYC/AML processes
