Location: Austin / Lakeway area

Employment Type: W-2, Part- to Full-Time (Morning-Evenings + Saturdays)

Schedule: Very Flexible

About the Role

We’re growing a neighborhood-based sales team focused on simple, on-the-spot quotes for home services. You’ll work in assigned neighborhoods during prime hours, use a short script, and help homeowners schedule same-day or next-day service. No experience required—training and a clear playbook are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Knock doors in pre-selected neighborhoods during prime hours
• Use a 30-second opener to offer quick quotes and book appointments
• Educate homeowners on options and schedule them into open routes
• Log knocks, quotes, and appointments in a mobile app
• Collect customer reviews after completed jobs
• Represent the brand with respect and clear communication

Requirements

• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. (W-2)
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone
• Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays
• Able to walk/stand for several hours
• Professional appearance; no smoking or swearing on customer property
