Join our team as a Digital Lead in a dynamic production setting where you will work with mail inserter machines. Your role involves handling tasks such as loading envelopes, ensuring high-quality print outcomes, clearing paper jams, and managing completed ballot packets.
Responsibilities
- Operate mail inserter machines to print addresses on envelopes and insert ballots.
- Load envelopes into the machine and monitor print quality.
- Clear paper jams and troubleshoot machine issues.
- Offload completed ballot packets from the machines.
Essential Skills
- General production experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and demonstrate attention to detail.
- Ability to count, stack, and sort accurately.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to read and follow written work instructions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in general labor, retail, production, or cashiering is beneficial.
- Manual dexterity is essential for operating machinery.
- Flexibility in schedule to adapt to changing business needs.

Work Environment
Work in a production printing environment that may be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The environment is fast-paced with machine noises. Be prepared to have shifts confirmed daily, typically with the 'same time tomorrow' approach.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
