We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. Experience in construction office management or general office experience is preferred, along with proficiency in various office management tools and systems. This position plays a critical role in maintaining daily office operations and supporting management, vendors, and clients.

Duties

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Oversee general office email
  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and visitor reception
  • Oversee filing systems, document management, and record keeping
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Oversee vendor purchase orders
  • Prepare reports for management as needed
  • Assist with human resources functions such as applications and employee records
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked, and equipment is maintained

Skills

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with clerical experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and clients
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of vendor management and payroll processing
  • Experience with human resources functions, including training & development and employee relations
  • Ability to handle front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy
  • Strong phone etiquette skills for managing multi-line phone systems
  • Attention to detail in bookkeeping, filing, and recordkeeping tasks
  • Adaptability to manage diverse responsibilities within a fast-paced environment
