Coordinator Position
United Care Center is seeking a motivated, organized, and compassionate Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), along with strong office administration, scheduling, and case management experience.
This position requires excellent multitasking abilities and strong customer service skills. The coordinator will support daily operations by coordinating services for clients, communicating with families and team members, scheduling caregivers, and coordinating transportation services for our NEMT/NMT programs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules for caregivers and drivers
- Support NEMT and NMT transportation operations
- Communicate with clients, guardians, caregivers, and drivers
- Maintain accurate client and service documentation
- Assist with case management and office administrative tasks
- Monitor schedules and respond to changes or urgent needs
- Provide professional and compassionate customer service
Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
- Office administration and case management experience
- Experience coordinating caregivers and/or transportation services preferred
- Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Medicaid waiver services, NEMT, or pasa services is a plus
