Responsibilities:

Assist with daily tasks in warehouse, shop, or field settings

Load and unload materials, organize inventory, and maintain clean work areas

Operate basic hand and power tools
</li>
<li>
Support skilled trades teams with general labor and setup work
</li>
<li>
Perform basic welding, grinding, or fabrication tasks (if experienced)
</li>
<li>
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
</li>
<li>
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
</li>
<li>
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
</li>
<li>
Welding or construction experience is a plus, but not required
</li>
<li>
Forklift or equipment operation experience preferred, but not required
