Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Behavior Specialist with BCBA certification is needed to support the Early Learning Team in a school setting located in the Metro Baltimore area, specifically Ellicott City, MD. This onsite contract role runs from August 18, 2026, through June 11, 2027, with up to 37.5 hours per week. The position involves working with early childhood age groups and may include assignments across multiple schools within the district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavioral interventions and strategies tailored for early childhood students
- Collaborate with educational staff to support student development
- Maintain daily, detailed logs to document activities and provide measurable reports on service effectiveness
- Engage in ongoing communication with school teams to support student success
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA licensure is required
- Experience working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in school settings preferred
- Ability to complete necessary credentialing forms for the State of Maryland
- Strong organizational skills to manage detailed record-keeping and reporting
