We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at Authenticus & Luxtrium (co-companies). The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics to optimize performance across various channels.
The role will work directly under our Marketing Director and has incredible potential for creativity and long-term growth! The individual will need to understand not only the clientele market, but the nature of the businesses and superior differentiating factors.
Duties
- Think outside the box and actively engage to understand our products and services and audiences.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and company values.
- Create engaging content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and managing multiple accounts efficiently.
- Conduct SEO and keyword research to enhance visibility and reach of content.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.
- Create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Manage online community engagement by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Implement approved Advertising campaigns to promote products or services effectively.
- Assist in public relations efforts by crafting press releases and managing relationships with influencers.
- Perform proofreading of all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, branding, photography, and video editing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong skills in content creation, graphic design, and video editing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage audiences effectively.
- Knowledge of e-commerce strategies and branding principles is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making purposes.
- Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail in proofreading content.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
