Join a supportive, fast‑paced team assembling industry‑leading industrial paint sprayers. As a Mechanical Assembler, you’ll work hands‑on with power and hand tools, follow digital work instructions, and help with labeling and packaging. You’ll be part of a collaborative assembly line team of 4–10 people, all working together to keep production running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Assemble industrial paint sprayers using mechanical components
- Use hand and power tools confidently and safely
- Read and follow computer‑based work instructions
- Assist with labeling, packaging, and general production tasks
- Work closely with your assembly line team to meet daily goals
What You Bring
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience (mechanical assembly preferred)
- Comfortable using hand and power tools—whether from work experience or personal projects like car repairs or home renovations
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Basic computer skills for reading instructions
- Clear communication skills and a team‑first mindset
- Bonus: experience with electrical assembly

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
