Hiring ASAP for a Healthcare Recruiter (Temporary). Our client is undergoing an exciting period of growth and transition, and we want you to join us to help support hiring needs during this critical time. This role will focus exclusively on full cycle recruiting for key clinical positions across a healthcare network. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and skilled at identifying top healthcare talent. This role is 3 days in office in the Germantown (Philadelphia) area. Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruiting process from job posting to offer letter.
- Post open positions through ADP, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for clinical roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Update and manage applicant statuses and disposition candidates appropriately.
- Collaborate with managers at multiple locations as needed to meet staffing goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other locations as needed.
- Available to start immediately and commit full-time (40 hours/week) through December.
