Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Real Estate Investment Firm)
Schedule: Full-time, on-site; some after-hours or extended hours as needed

What you’ll do:
- Greet guests and manage the front desk with a warm, professional presence
- Answer phones, route inquiries, and maintain a polished reception area
- Support day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and light travel arrangements for executives
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and basic administrative tasks
- Coordinate with property managers, bankers, developers, and executive leadership
- Conduct basic online research and compile information as needed
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate facilities-related needs
- Help foster a positive, collaborative office culture
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree; recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Slides), and internet research
- Extremely detailed with high organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, plus professional interpersonal skills
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and proactive
- Energetic, positive, and professional demeanor; adaptable to a small team
- Ability to work necessary hours beyond 5 PM when required
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
