Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active and current SLP license or credential
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans
- Proficiency in assessing and addressing a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
- Comfort with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Design and carry out tailored intervention programs, both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on student progress and therapy outcomes
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings

- Offer education and resources to families and staff for continued student support
