Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active and current SLP license or credential
  • Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans
  • Proficiency in assessing and addressing a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Comfort with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Design and carry out tailored intervention programs, both individually and in small groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports on student progress and therapy outcomes
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings
