IQS Welcome Call Specialist
Automotive & Financial Services
$19.50 per hour
Temp to Hire
Monday-Thursday, Full Availability 9am-9pm, and Friday 9am-6pm
Grandview, Ohio (onsite)
Starts September 15th, 2025
What the position offers:
- Starting at $19.50, then a .50 raise after the training period is complete
- 1 PTO day earned monthly and can carry over month to month but not year to year
- 1-hour orientation the Wednesday before starting
- Schedule: must be available 9a-9p Monday-Thursday and 9a-6p on Friday
- 8hr shift will be assigned10% additional pay for any hours after 6p Monday-Friday (Shift Premium)
- Access to company cafe and gym when onsite
What you’ll be doing:
- The main function of this position will be to reach out to recent customers who have made a recent purchase to check in
- Agents will be responsible for completing at least 75 outbound calls per day and must hold themselves accountable to meet this expectation
- Agents will be responsible for carrying on a conversation with the customer and use basic troubleshooting knowledge for any questions that arise
- If the customer has questions you are not able to answer, you will need to make a real-time decision on who to transfer them to
Who we’re looking for:
- Elevated customer service BG (ex: working at a high-end restaurant or retail store)
- 1 or more years of customer service experience – can be office, retail, or restaurant
- Those who are true conversationalists and enjoy talking to customers and can get customers to open up and discuss their experience with their new car
- Self-motivators – Agents will be responsible for completing at least 75 outbound calls per day and must hold themselves accountable to meet this expectation
- Troubleshooters and comfortable with technology –auto enthusiasts who are comfortable with new technology and how to explain features, and help set up
- Curious – Agents will need to be comfortable asking customers questions to understand the root cause of what they may be describing
- Attention to detail – We use a specific coding logic, and accuracy is essential as it has a direct impact on future product development and quality
- No time off needed within the first 90 days
- Clean credit history
- Excited by cars is a plus
