<li>12hrs - 7a7p or 7p7a</li>

*** REFERRAL INCENTIVE: Refer a CNA, LPN or RN. Once they complete 80 hrs or 2 weeks, you will receive a CASH BONUS ! Job Summary We want to partner with a reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). In this position, you will assist patients with their daily living needs. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and responsible. Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions </li>
<li>Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the Nurse Supervisor.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Active LPN License</li>
<li>CPR/BLS Certificate</li>
<li>PA PATCH</li>
<li>Physical</li>
<li>TB screening</li>
<li>Valid Drivers License or State ID</li>
<li>SSN Card</li>
<li>EMR: Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful. Training is provided otherwise.</li>
