• Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in entry and timely completion.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs and resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex problems.
• Follow established protocols for escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and prioritize tasks to meet performance goals and deadlines.
• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide informed support.• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage order entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• High level of organization and ability to multitask effectively.
