Perform sandblasting operations associated with the production of inflatable or swellable packers and other downhole tools.
Responsibilities
- Operate the sandblaster/blast booth, lifting devices, and overhead crane according to guidelines.
- Prepare metal parts by sandblasting areas on tools as per print.
- Apply bonding agent on tools where indicated per print.
- Remove dirt, paint, grease, and other built-up material from surfaces.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and written process procedures.
- Interpret and follow posted production schedules.
- Involve in shipping responsibilities by moving orders to shipping when painting, coating, or stenciling is complete.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of sandblasting experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and tape measure.
- Attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in shipping and receiving.
- Experience with stenciling (manual or electrical stencil).
- Basic computer skills.

Work hours are from 6am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday, with additional hours on Saturday as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
