We are currently searching for a reliable, experienced, and professional individual to join our team. The candidate will learn and be responsible for order quoting, order entry, sales support, and selective accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. The successful candidate will interact with customers and take inbound calls and enter daily business activity in QuickBooks software. The candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, have some customer service, manufacturing, and/or warehousing experience. It is crucial the candidate has developed skill in verbal and written communication (phone and email) to analyze, interpret and address customer needs. The candidate should also be able to receive and implement feedback timely and appropriately.
Our front office administrative position requires cross-functional training and includes supporting our customers in every aspect of business in a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for interacting with customers and vendors on the phone and in person, pleasantly and efficiently.
