We are looking for Logistics Dispatchers who are eager to join a solid team.
If your experience is dispatching tow trucks, appliance repairs and any other type of appointment jobs, this is NOT the position for you. We are in need of individuals that have experience with HOT SHOT, ON DEMAND, AIR FREIGHT DISPATCHING that have dealt with 50 or more drivers at one time.
Job Requirements:
- Intimate knowledge of Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding area
- Great communication skills
- Must be able to multi task
- Must be able to coordinate and motivate multiple personality types
- Must be able to take appropriate action with little supervision
- Monitor delivery progress and assure timely assistance
- Preferable experience as local delivery professional
- Must have DFW dispatching experience
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Dispatch experience preferred, driver experience a plus
- Rapid and accurate typing with experience in data entry
- Outstanding organizational skills and multitasking abilities
- Active listener with exceptional communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
