Professional Civil Process (PCP) is looking for a Forwarding Clerk – a person who wants to go above and beyond for the legal support industry. We’re looking for someone with exceptional energy and enthusiasm to join our Forwarding Team.

About the position:
- Running the “4” (pull & cancel) report from the tools page and format into a printable list of all the jobs to be pulled and logged to 60 (review & cancel) before giving to the forwarding clerk.
- Breakdown and processing of original returns of service and non-service received from other PCP offices, agents and sheriffs/constables.
- Review of returns and non-service to ensure the correct service information is updated and all needed info has been received. Confirm that proper image is in the system before delivering to the billing department.
- Correspond with other PCP offices, agents and sheriffs/constables to request corrections or information regarding affidavits.
- Checking emails periodically throughout the day to check for file requests.

- Able to work alone
- Able to understand and follow instructions
- Organization skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Commitment to team results; a team player
- Able to stand, squat, push and pull for extended periods of time
- Able to lift 20 pounds
Benefits
Compensation, Hours, and Benefits:
- Pay - $15.00/hr
- Full Time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Minimum Essential Coverage "MEC" Health plan - after 60 days of employment
