Job Description Summary: This hybrid role supports both classroom care activities and transportation needs of the center. The Room Assistant/Driver helps provide a safe, nurturing environment for children and assists with transport before and/or after program hours. Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Support teachers and nurses with daily room activities.</li>
<li>Assist with child supervision, engagement, and hygiene needs.</li>
<li>Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.</li>
<li>Drive center vehicle for pick-up/drop-off routes as assigned.</li>
<li>Ensure safe loading/unloading of children.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience working with children preferred.</li>
<li>Valid NJ driver’s license; clean driving record.</li>
<li>Ability to lift, assist, and support children as needed.</li>
