We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, coordinating projects, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across various initiatives. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events

  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule

  • Assist in the creation of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and reports

  • Conduct market research and compile data for analysis

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging

  • Manage vendor and partner communications as needed

  • Track campaign performance metrics and generate progress reports

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or project coordination

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design or presentation tools

  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
