Job Description

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a keen focus on vehicle operation, passenger assistance, and adherence to safety protocols to ensure a smooth and secure travel experience.

Responsibilities

Operate shuttle vehicles efficiently and safely.
Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle.
Navigate assigned routes and adjust as needed for traffic or conditions.
Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any issues.
Document and report incidents or unusual occurrences promptly.
Maintain clear communication with dispatch and team members.
Report maintenance needs to ensure vehicle reliability.

Preferred Qualifications

Possession of a valid Class E License.
Demonstrated defensive driving skills.
Strong customer service abilities.
Effective time management skills.
Good geographical knowledge of operating area.
Excellent communication skills.
Problem-solving capability in dynamic situations.
