Sunbelt Staffing is urgently seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Fayetteville, WV. - Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
- Location:Fayetteville, WV,and surrounding areas
- Duration: 13-week contract, with possibility of extension
- Hours: Full-time, Scheduled 40 hours per week - no guaranteed hours
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm with occasional weekends and on-call duties (typically once per month)
- Productivity: 25-32 per week, up to 35 patients per week
- Pay: Negotiable based on territory budget and experience
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401 (k) after 90 days
- Mileage Reimbursement: .48c visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected

Job Duties:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on care techniques and health management.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
- Document patient care and progress in Homecare Homebase.
- Participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend shifts.
Job Requirements:
- Active West Virginia RN license.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
- Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required.
- Proficiency in Homecare Homebase preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in Oasis is required.
- Oasis Certified strongly preferred.
- Reliable transportation for patient visits.
- Completion of the Joint Commission onboarding standards upon offer.
