Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Location: Maple Grove, MN
Salary: $22.23-$27.37/hour (based on experience)
Shift: 8-hour day shifts | 80 hours per 2-week pay period | Schedule varies between 7:00 AM-5:30 PM

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support clinical operations and patient care in a busy outpatient clinic. The CMA will work with patients of all ages, ensuring smooth workflow and quality care delivery in collaboration with providers and clinic leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Care:

• Room patients and assist with provider exams
• Administer injections, immunizations, and medications
• Perform lab specimen collection and basic lab testing
• Provide prescription refill support and customer communication
• Perform phlebotomy and limited X-ray duties (if certified)

Clinic Support:

• Assist with check-in and front desk functions
• Manage supplies and assist with prior authorizations
• Uphold compliance and confidentiality standards

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
• Proficiency in basic clinical and clerical tasks
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment
