Location: Riviera Beach, FL
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 annually (DOE)
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a high-performing AP team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a direct hire opportunity with a well-established company in Riviera Beach, offering competitive compensation and long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the Accounts Payable department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.

Manage a high volume of AP transactions, including 3-way matching, PO/non-PO invoices, and vendor reconciliations.

Lead, mentor, and develop AP staff, providing training and performance feedback.

Maintain and improve AP processes and internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.

Prepare and review AP aging reports, accruals, and month-end close activities.

Assist with system upgrades, automation initiatives, and ERP enhancements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and escalations.
Qualifications:

5+ years of progressive AP experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

Proven ability to manage high-volume AP operations in a dynamic environment.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP best practices.

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
