ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my legacy agency in 2021 and expanded with a second office in 2023. Today, were proud to have a team of 20 team members who work together with a shared mission and a strong commitment to serving our customers and community at a high level.
Ive been with State Farm for 19 years and previously served as an agency manager and sales leader. Before State Farm, I worked as a stock broker, which helped shape my competitive mindset and focus on performance. I attended Austin College, played both baseball and football, and was honored to be inducted into the Hall of Fame. Im also a lifelong Texoma resident, and State Farm runs in the family my mom was an agent for 35 years.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jake Shockley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
