EPIC4 Specialty Partners is a Specialty Partnership Organization (SPO) that assists specialty dental practices with administrative functions such as accounting, human resources, payroll administration, revenue cycle management, procurement and credentialing. We take on these support services so that our orthodontists and pediatric dentists can better serve their patients and find an improved work/life balance.

Job Description

EPIC4 is seeking a Dental Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with managers/doctors to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the practices. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions as we seek to hire the best and brightest!

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Build and maintain an accurate database of employees' and applicants' qualifications
  • Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work
  • Assist Director of HR with various HR projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven work experience as a Dental Talent Recruiter, within dentistry preferred but not required (2-5 years, either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
