Partnerships Development Lead - Wealth Advisory & Family Offices
Overview:
Hybrid Remote - Office Attendance: 3 days per week in office in San Diego, CA
Based in San Diego, CA, we are a national leader in outsourced household employment, payroll, and risk management solutions serving private families, family offices, and wealth management firms. We are seeking a Client Partnerships Lead to drive new business growth within the ultra high net worth and family office channel.
This is a highly consultative, mid-market to enterprise sales role focused on building long term partnerships with sophisticated financial professionals and their clients. The ideal candidate thrives in relationship driven environments, is comfortable engaging executive level stakeholders, and enjoys owning a market with meaningful autonomy. This is a high ownership, high visibility opportunity for someone who wants exposure to complex buyers and a fast growing vertical. Compensation & Structure
Base salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 (pending being on the low or high end of the 2-5 year experience range).
Variable compensation of $20,000 to $30,000 based on performance (soft cap at $120K).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new revenue growth within the family office and wealth advisory channel.
- Prospect and self source new partnership opportunities through highly customized outreach.
- Manage a consultative sales cycle averaging 60 to 90 days from initial engagement to close.
- Engage executive level stakeholders across single and multi family offices.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and private events.
- Maintain disciplined CRM documentation and pipeline management.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and long term account expansion.
Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of sales, account management, or business development experience in professional services, financial services, or another client facing consultative role.
- Strong executive presence and comfort engaging sophisticated financial buyers.
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and pipeline development.
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to craft personalized outreach.
- Resilient, competitive, and self directed with high performance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic track record preferred.
