Ampersand Ice Cream in Fresno, CA is looking for an Ice Cream Apprentice to join our hard-working team and be developed into an Ice Cream Maker! Our ideal candidate takes direction and correction well, is self-motivated, happy to help, and task oriented. This is a part time position!
Responsibilities
- Dishes!
- Egg-cracking, candy making, baking, and of course making ice cream.
- Multi-tasking in a busy and fast-paced focused kitchen.
- Following all work standards set by Ampersand owners and management.
- Weekends and evenings will be required.
Qualifications
- Some professional kitchen experience is great but not required.
- 2-4 years of general work experience.
- Minimum age requirement - 18 years
- Limited to no food allergens or dietary restrictions.
